1.	2023.06.20	CH核釋行政院、立法院、司法院、考試院及監察院，就其所辦理之公共建設，得為促進民間參與公共建設法第5條第2項所稱主辦機關，適用該法及其相關規定 ENInterpretation that the Executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan, the Judicial Yuan, the Examination Yuan, and the Control Yuan, with respect to the infrastructure projects undertaken by them, may serve as the “authority-in-charge” as referred to in Paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects, and that the said Act and its relevant regulations shall apply
