Article 1 To carry out the business of national property, the National Property Administration of the Ministry of Finance established the Northern Branch, Central Branch, and Southern Branch (hereinafter referred to as “the Branches”).
Article 2 The Branches shall be in charge of the following duties:
1. Inspection of national property.
2. Management of national property.
3. Disposition of national property.
4. Improvement and utilization of national property
5. Assessment of national property
6. Legal affairs of national property
7. Other duties pertinent to national property
Article 3 Each Branch shall have one Director of a rank equivalent to senior appointment at the grade of 11, and two Deputy Directors of a rank equivalent to senior appointment at the grade of 10.
Article 4 Each Branch shall have 1 Secretary of a rank equivalent to junior appointment at the grade of 8 to grade 9.
Article 5 The scale of the position and the number of the personnel of the official ranks of the branches shall be stipulated in a staffing chart.
The scale of the position in the Branches shall be determined in accordance with the tabulation of grades.
Article 6 The Regulations shall come into force on January 1, 2013.
