Content:

1.     The station, served as luggage check-in point for outward passengers, is deemed as the extension of “harbors, airports, or other commercial ports deployed with customs “referred to in Article 2 of the Customs Anti-smuggling Act.

2.     Paragraph 1 of Article 39 of the Customs Anti-smuggling Act shall be applied if controlled items were intercepted from outward passenger’s check-in luggage in the station referred in previous paragraph.
