Whether a free-trade-zone enterprise is allowed to file a F2 declaration, pay duties for the goods, and keep them remaining in the free trade zone, please refer to the resolutions of the 13th Working Group Meeting held by Free Trade Zone Coordinating Committee of Executive Yuan – adopting operations for filing F2/F4 declarations and having the goods to be taxed without leaving the free trade zone. |
