With respect to the infrastructure projects undertaken by the Executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan, the Judicial Yuan, the Examination Yuan, and the Control Yuan, each of the aforesaid institutions may serve as the “authority-in-charge” as referred to in Paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects, and the said Act and its relevant regulations shall apply. |
