法規內文(Content)： 公告事項：
符合下列各項標準之油電混合動力車輛，按貨物稅條例第十二條第一項第一款及第二款稅率減半徵收貨物稅：
一、完稅價格在新臺幣一百萬元以下。
二、汽缸排氣量在三千立方公分以下。
三、油耗值每公升達十九公里。
四、碳排放量每公里在一百二十公克以下。
