Title: On December 13, 2024, São Tomé and Príncipe has graduated from the list of Least Developed Countries subject to the tariff rate Column Ⅱ of the “Customs Import Tariff” schedule.
Content: In accordance with Paragraphs 2 and 4, Article 2 of the General Rules of the Customs Import Tariff and the Executive Yuan’s letter (Document No.: Yuantaicaizi No. 1141006280) dated March 31, 2025, the Ministry of Finance announces that on December
13, 2024, São Tomé and Príncipe has graduated from the list of Least Developed Countries subject to the tariff rate Column II of the “Customs Import Tariff” schedule. The revised version of the List of Least Developed Countries subject to the tariff rates
in Column II of the Customs Import Tariff schedule is attached for reference.
