Article 1
The Operation Principles are stipulated as the basis to facilitate the adjustment of boundaries of national
public use lands, and to maintain the rights and interests of national properties.
Article 2
Where national public use lands, due to its circuitous boundaries, uneven terrain, or other reasons, are
deemed by the administration authority as requiring the adjustment of boundaries of said national public use lands with adjacent lands to facilitate their management and use, those meeting the following provisions shall be referred to the land office for boundary
adjustment after being reported to the competent authority for approval:
1.Said national public use land
will continue to be used according to original plan, stipulated purposes, or enterprise purposes after the boundary adjustment.
2.Said national public use land
is reviewed by the land office and meets the relevant provisions related to boundary adjustment specified in the Cadastral Survey Regulations.
3.The value and area of said national
public use land remains unchanged after the boundary adjustment.
Article 3
The Announced current land value based on the updated boundary adjustment shall prevail and be used as
a reference baseline for the determination of the land value mentioned in Subparagraph 3 of the previous Article.
Article 4
When reporting to the competent authority for approval according to the provisions mentioned in Article
2, the administration authority shall clearly state the reason for requesting the boundary adjustment of the national public use land, and attach supporting documents in compliance with the provisions of the land for review by the land office.
