Article 1
These Standards are enacted in accordance with Article 37 of the Certified Public Bookkeepers Act.
Article 2
Nationals of the Republic of China or foreigners who apply for a public bookkeeper certificate shall pay the certificate fee in accordance with the provisions of these Standards. The same shall apply for a replacement or re-issuance.
Article 3
The fee for the public bookkeeper certificate shall be NT$1,500 each.
Article 4
These Standards shall come into effect on the date of promulgation. |
