In accordance with Paragraph 4, Article 2 of the General Rules of the Customs Import Tariff and the Executive Yuan’s letter (Document No.: Yuantaicaizi No. 1090043609A) dated Jan. 6, 2021, the Ministry of Finance announces that since Dec. 4, 2020, Vanuatu have graduated and on Feb. 12, 2021, Angola will graduate from the List of Least Developed Countries which are subject to the tariff rates in Column Ⅱ of the “Customs Import Tariff” schedule. The revised version of List of Least Developed Countries subject to the tariff rates in Column Ⅱ of the Customs Import Tariff schedule is attached for reference.
